Siblings – September 2015
This month we have seen so many changes for our little trio. Our biggest girl has started primary school foundation stage, our littlest girl has upped her nursery days from only one to doing every morning, which has left little Phoenix and I as a duo. This has been lovely spending time together one to one, but at the same time we have both been missing our girls fiercely.
This stage in life was something I’ve been feeling a little apprehensive about in more ways than one. All three of them have a very close bond, but as the girls were together first and have known each longer I was worried them not spending as much time together would hinder their closeness, especially as over the summer minus a few days when they would bicker like a pair of old ladies – they would do everything together and be inseparable. Loving snuggles, wonderful magical games of imaginary play with their sylvanian families and figures, crafting together, messy play and being wild & free in the garden. All the things they’ve always done together really but it was as if they almost knew they needed to make the most of that time.
